On my walk in the forest today I found this.
I pointed it out to the tall person and suggested that this was where all the sounds of the forest came from.
He smiled and told me that it was a 33⅓ rpm microgroove vinyl record that operates as an analog sound storage medium.
Hmm. If there was no one in the forest to hear it would it still make a sound?

ha-ha-ha
it looks a bit scratched to me Bassa…maybe the fairies and the elves have been dancing on it
Daddy says that was a great fossil of a find. XOXO – Bacon
Somebody is always in the forest, so the record can play and play and play and the sounds will continue. Wouldn’t it be weird if the forest were silent?? Yikes.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
Good question sweet Bassa but we figure without something to play it there would be no sound. Hugs and nose kisses
Hmmm…looks like a plain old record to me.
that’s pretty deep Bassa
A boooootiful but sad love story was on this LP, Bassa, directed by one of my favorite conductors! But how could Romeo and Juliet have gone astray in a forest?
It is a sad mystery 😦
Or a secret Happy End?
❤ I do love to read all your stories!
