On my walk through the neighborhood today I saw this.
Yes, a blue-eyed crocodile about to eat a gas pipe.
I pointed it out to the tall person and he smiled and said that it reminded him of something that Steve Irwin, the famous Australian wildlife expert, once said about crocodiles, “There are 23 species. Seventeen of those species are rare or endangered. They’re on the way out, no matter what anyone does or says, you know”.
Hmm. I’m not surprised they are endangered if they insist upon eating gas pipes.
As always, Bassa, your imagination is both amazing and hilarious. That’s one skinny croc though. Maybe it needs the gas to fatten up.
Love it! That made me giggle. x
Maybe you could feed him something else instead?
What a silly croc!
I think Steve Irwin might have been wrong. It looks like there are 24 species of crocodiles.
I think you are right Bongo. I have discovered a new species! 🙂 I think I shall call it a Crocobassa 🙂
That is one huge crocodile too sweet Bassa. You have some very interesting critters around your area. lol Hugs and nose kisses
That thing looks like it means business, Bassa. Tuck your tail down, just in case.
Love and licks,
Cupcake
Very interesting photo Bassa.
LOL! Great picture and insight. Still amazes me having Gas Pipes above the ground! I the ground is real rocky there so digging must be hard. Hopefully that blue eyed crocodile doesnt move fast!
Nature always finds a way, doesn’t it?
