As we waited to cross a road today I noticed that our local bus stop has learned a new language.
In addition to displaying bus routes and times in Georgian it now also displays them in English.
I think that it is wonderful that Tbilisi is doing everything it can to prevent the tall person getting lost when he goes out without me!
LOL that’s great! I think I’d be very lost if I could only see the sign in the top photo 🙂
He’s lucky to have you, Bassa. The world can be a confusing place without the vision and wisdom of a dog leading the way. I hope he does OK.

Terribly thoughtful.
We are all for a tall person and Bassa not getting lost. 🙂

Does get Tall person lost a lot?
He used to get confused by the different levels in our neighborhood Dianda. We live on a mountain. Fortunately, there is a very tall tree behind our place and it’s usually visible 🙂
LOL Bassa, I thought it was for when tourists visit, not for the people who live there. 😉 Imagine, the tall person goes to London all by himself but he needs help with the transport where he lives! :-0
LOL I would hope tall person would not get lost but if you were with him I’m sure you could get the both of you home safe and sound 🙂
It’s great that it helps the tall person get around too, but I think you could get more English speaking tourist when it is written in English also.
Bassa, I think the tall person should just take you everywhere. You would make everyone happy! xo Berner Girls
Oooooo that’s a smart bus stop Bassa!
That must be a relief!
That is very considerate of them.
Gosh, it’s hard enough to read signs in another language – but another alphabet makes it really difficult. I had that problem in Japan, but relied a lot on the kindness of strangers!
