The gas supply in my neighborhood is above ground. The pipes are suspended above the sidewalks and streets and pass between trees and telegraph poles with angular determination.
That’s so weird for us to see, Bassa! But we have our telephone and power lines in the air, and our friends from Montreal think that’s weird, so it’s all what you’re used to. I’m too short to look up that high, anyway. Unless it’s a squirrel.
Sweet Bassa we are really enjoying learning about your neighborhood. Most interesting way the gas lines are. Ours are all underground here. Hugs and nose kisses
As everyone has written, it is so incredibly fascinating to see how everything looks in your neighborhood. Thanks for the great photos, Bassa. I hope the Tall Man is feeling well. x Berner Girls
I think they found a way to make sure the gas got to everyone, no obstacle too difficult. The are high enough not to be in the way of the cars and workers. They made it look like an art in itself.
… I think I see where they’re getting the wood to shore up the telegraph poles…
🙂

I love the ingenuity of the Georgian people! That tree wasn’t a burden at all! LOL

That is seriously an accident waiting to happen.
that’s a kind of art.
That’s pretty cool, but would concern me should there ever be a leak. 😦
How interesting.

It still amazes me that they do that….. how interesting! 🙂 Do they ever have any problems with the gas lines leaking being up in the air like that?
Your friends,
the collies and chuck 🙂
GG: YOur person takes such great photos! When SHE says SHE’S following the gas…SHE’S looking at me….I wonder what that means? BAYL…
