Good news from the BBC

Good morning/afternoon/evening/night. Thank you for tuning into the BBC News (Bassa’s Blogging Channel).

This is your good news correspondent, Bassa, reporting from Tbilisi in the Republic of Georgia.

Earlier today, when I was performing my roving reporter duties, I stopped off at the pet shop for supplies and saw this beautiful 5 month old kitten.

The shop owner told the tall person and De that she had rescued the kitten from the streets shortly after it was born.

That is good news! What a lovely lady.

That’s all folks. Remember, good news makes you feel good. Be part of Bassa’s good news!

Out of control lumberjack strikes again!

I found further evidence of the rogue lumberjack on my walk through the neighborhood this morning.

This time he has cut down a metal telegraph pole.

He is obviously getting bolder and has upgraded his cutting tools.

I can’t understand how no one sees or hears him committing these senseless acts of vandalism.

I found another one that he had chopped down but has been repaired by workmen.

Hmm, he covers his tracks well.
