I spend a lot of time with the tall person. He is usually the first person I see in the morning and the last person I see at night. We go out for long walks several times a day and we explore the forest and the neighborhood together. He is kind and funny and has helped me understand the world and all the things in it. He is my best friend.

Dear Bassa,
We are so sorry we missed your birthday! Unfortunately, we have to rely on Mama L.’s thumbs and computer to post, and she has just not been too cooperative lately. But at least we still get to follow your adventures, because Mama gets that on her phone everyday. So, even though we cannot send you a bone for your birthday (you know that it’s pretty much over for us, too, right?), we raise our paws in salute to you! We are so very happy that you got to spend it with the ones who love you!
